PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Leadership Fellows Program is designed for Christian Social Sector leaders who desire to improve their personal and organizational leadership performance.

COMMON CHARACTERISTICS:

Employed by Non-profit Organization or Church
• Holds Influential Position within the Organization with Ability to Implement Change
• Manages Direct Reports and/or Volunteers
• Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent Work/Life Experience
• Willing to be Held Accountable for Goals and Periodic Reporting 

PROGRAM:

• Class Sessions (9 half-day sessions)
• Each Session includes: Training Case Study Analysis Featured Speaker
• All Participants Present a Strategic Plan in Spring 2012

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Attend (6+ classes)
• Read (Assigned Readings)
• Participate (Strategic Plan Drafted)

SELECTION: candidates will be evaluated based on their desire to learn new organizational and leadership skills, to develop them, and to be held accountable for creating a plan to implement them in their own organizations. Also considered is a recommendation from a professional colleague and a current pastor or board member. The Selection Committee will carefully review applications and make recommendations for acceptance on a first-come, firstserved basis.

TUITION: registration for the 2011—2012 Leadership Fellows Program is $3500, which includes the $250 application fee. These fees can be paid by check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or online via PayPal. Fifty percent (50%) of the tuition is due within 30 days of acceptance; the remainder is due by October 15, 2011. There will be limited enrollment so early submission of applications are encouraged.
