What to expect:

  • Ideal for follow up to Leadership Fellows Program
  • Ideal for follow up to any of the other Next Level Coaching/Workshop offerings
  • Ideal candidate will begin with a specific project or transition in mind
  • Client will work to identify achievable personal and/or organizational goals for the coming year  
  • Client will identify barriers/obstacles/limitations to achieving goals
  • Client will review their strengths and weaknesses
  • At the end of six months the coach and client will create a Personal Development Plan


  • Monthly meetings or telephone calls
  • Clear structure
  • Clear accountability
  • Personal Development Plan with recommendations
