Work time exceeds church time by a ratio of 50:1.The typical church attender spends 50 hours at work for every hour they spend at church each week.  

Most people will spend most of their waking hours employed in secular work.

  • Over our life times, the # Hours spent at work is greater than the # Hours we spend at any other single waking activity.
  • Only 1.5% of Christians will work in some type of vocational ministry.

 Most Christians are unclear on the purpose and value of their work. 

  • Only 30% of Christians understand why their daily work matters to God.
  • Only 22% of Christians believe their work is as important to God as the work of missionaries and pastors.
