STEPHANIE YANEZ

Stephanie Yanez serves as the Director of Administration and Finance for The New York City Leadership Center.  She enjoys helping organizations build effective and efficient infrastructures to achieve their mission. Since 2009, Stephanie has contributed to the launching of the Leadership Fellows Program, Movement Day, and the Manhattan Christian Collaboration Center. Her background includes more than 20 years of management experience in banking, sales and retail and nonprofit management. She earned a Bachelors in Business administration from Pace University.


Stephanie enjoys leadership development, leading teams and problem solving.  She dedicates much of her time in developing and encouraging others to fulfill their potential, and actively participates in mentoring young women.  Her home church is Crossroads Tabernacle in the Bronx, NY.
